Hi all!
What's your fave. type of weather or climate? Favorite season?
I love warm days that aren't to muggy. I also like early fall however I hate the cold.
My favorite season is the fall because I like the not-too-hot and windy weather that mostly happens at that time. I like warm and windy weather, and I also like the rain.
Weather that isn't my favorite but that I don't mind are: Sunny, as long as there will be a way to cool down like a swimming pool or sprinklers or something like that. Cold is also alright; I have a jacket and gloves, and I can always either move around a lot or find a blanket to warm up more.
My least favorite weather of all though is humid weather.
In theory spring is my favorite season. However, spring in Ohio isn't always great, at least the past few years. For example, this year, the entire month of April was horrible. Way too much rain and flooding all over Ohio and temperatures down to where it felt like March or even February. Then this month we had a couple nice dry days with temperatures in low 70's, then it shot right up to the 80's and very humid. So we basically went right from needing the furnace on at night to needing the air conditioning on. My ideal weather is the type where you don't need either the heat or air conditioner and can keep doors and windows open. Once summer officially arrives, I do like hot and humid because that's what summer is supposed to be like. I just hate it when it gets hot too early or stays cool for too long.
my favorite season is fall, and the cooler, the better.
I'm from Texas, and can't stand the heat.

I, too, really enjoy rain, as long as it isn't cold and bitter rain. Summer rain is my favourite, because it's usually refreshing, and always seems to leave a nice scent behind.
I like the spring, and summer. With some humid weather thrown in. That is to say if I go and visit such a place, smiles.
I like a very cool fall with rain and wind. I like it cold enough to where you have to wear jeans and a jacket, but not so cold that you have to wear gloves and a hat. I'm not a fan of extremes. I don't like the hot summer and I don't like the northern winter.
I agree. Cold crisp days, and very warm, but not too hot days are great. I don't even mind it very hot, as long as there's a large body of water around I can swim in.
well, spring and fall really, but California I must admit is nice all around all four seasons As I've told many on here it doesn't drop below the high thirties except for a day or three and it is pretty hard to even get in the thirty's Mostly it's low 40S to 100S not usually above 105 and the days in the 100S is only about a few every year. Once we hit 115 in Los Angeles but that was once and they said it had not happened in about 200 years. So, California weather is pretty good, but my ideal temperature is about 470S about 70 to 76 degrees or so and slightly windy but not really, just slightly. I like the warm just right days where you can ware t-shirts and shorts or skirts. but not to hot that you're sweating either. And, of course I love the aridness of California. It's not as dry as say arizona, utah, or nevada. In a lot of ways it's just right and unlike florida which doesn't sound all that bad at all, we don't have hurricanes and such. Florida sounds decent though with no earthquakes.
I definitely prefer warm or hot weather... I don't like cold weather and I absolutely hate snow. Summer is my favorite season. I like warm, sunny days when the temperature is in the upper 70s or 80s.
haha! that's kind of nice but the 80S is a little hot for me. just a little not mild enough.
I too like girly fall, spring, and summer, provided I don't have to stand out in the Texas heat for a prolong period. :) Rain is okay, as long as I don't have to be outdoors for any reason for a long time, and I like thunder, at night especially, because it helps me fall asleep.
I love summer the most. Spring and fall are okay too, but I can't stand snow and cold. Living in San Diego its pretty nice most all the time. I do mmiss the warm summer rains though. We don't really get that here.
I don't like it above the 60s. I prefer the cold and the snow in the winter. I get depressed when it is to hot. I am from Scotland in the UK and we are not used to it being to hot. All though my dog likes sun bathing in the summer.
Erm...I typed "Girly fall" in my last post, but meant "Early fall"...anyway, it's crazy; we get more rain during the winter time than any other time, and I'm honestly afraid we're gonna end up having another drout this summer...ug. lol
Oh wow, I love the rain..nice summer rain..it's awesome! I especially love when it rains at night or early morning..so soothing!
Those rain sound machines just don't cut it in my opinion..I mean sometimes they help but nah..nothing beats the real thing. :)
I hate the rain, it's too wet and cold, I rather have the heat. and at least it's not wet and you don't have to get soaked and dirty.
